FIRST AID

Our First Aid training course will give you the confidence and skills you need to help your clients in the unfortunate event of a emergency at work. Within the aesthetics industry emergencies may occur and by taking part in an industry-specific first aid course will ensure you are prepared to deal with emergencies you may face. This course is designed to give you the theoretical and pratical knowledge needed to work in the aesthetics industry.

Our in clinic training will demonstrate the following:

Understand the role and responsibilities of a First Aider
Manage an unresponsive casualty
Recognize and assist a choking casualty
Manage a casualty who is in shock
Administer First Aid to a casualty with various injuries
Administer First Aid to a casualty with burns and scalds
Administer First Aid to a casualty with an eye injury
Administer First Aid to a casualty with anaphylaxis
Provide First Aid to a casualty with suspected major illness

We will also cover practical scenarios such as CPR procedure and the recovery position on demonstration models.
